employee’s return to productive work. Whenever one of your employees suffers a job-related
injury, and where it is practical, we encourage you to refer that employee to one of the listed
medical providers. Remember, you the employer have the sole and final authority in deciding which
medical providers treat your injured employees.
To locate a medical provider in your area:
1.) Enter in a zip code or City Name and State (TX).
2.) Make sure you select the type of provider you are looking for.
3.) Enter a distance in miles to search for providers in your area.
NOTE: Miles are an estimated calculation.

when becoming aware of a job-related injury, regardless of severity,

provider is not in the directory because he is reluctant to share
our goals or simply because we have had little contact with him.
